I can't believe it's been almost 18 months since my last post! So much has happened. But lots of changes are coming for me this year and I want to get back on my blogging side.   1. Your completion of a half marathon is so inspiring! I would love to hear about your journey to the figure stage. What are some of your favorite moves to gain muscle? Do you follow a particular diet now that you are focused on muscle instead of cardio? Do you still incorporate cardio? I am just beginning my fitness and blogging journey and am looking for all the inspiration and help I can get! Thanks!
